Becky Anderson

Becky Anderson was born on the 15th of November on 1967 in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately not much is known about her family or her childhood.

She graduated from the University of Sussex by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and French. She later moved to the United States to complete her further studies and attended Arizona State University, from where she received a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication.

Anderson began her career in Journalism as a print reporter for some local business publications. She moved on to work as a reporter for EBN Network and CNBC Europe.

Later in late 1990’s CNN hired her as a host for their show World Business Morning, where she went from discussing only financial news to covering topics from different fields. She has also had the opportunity to interview Tom Hanks, Lady Gaga, Brad Pitt, President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai and Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu.

Anderson has covered many big topics over the years including the Lebanon-Israel issues, London attacks, British election 2012, 10 year anniversary of 9/11 attack and Iraq War 2003. 

She has made guest appearances in different shows and events which have also brought her to the limelight. Besides, she is also part of different organizations and events.

As a result of a long and successful career the 50-year old is paid quite the handsome salary by CNN. Regarding her net worth, it has not been disclosed to the press yet but reportedly her salary is $40000 per year.
