Diana Swain

Swain, 52, was born on 24th September in Thompson, Manitoba. Her parents got separated whine she was young and she spent her childhood days with her mother and younger sister in Chillwack Vrisitsh, Columbia. She completed her high school degree from British Columbia itself in the year 1983.

In the year 1984, she was the one to represent Chilliwack I Miss Canada pageant . Diana graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology in Media and Broadcasting Communication with a diploma of Technology

Diana got married to Ron Kuipers for about three decades. Ron Kuipers is a freelance producer and writer from Wester. Currently, they are living in Toronto and before this they used to live in Winnipeg.

The loving couple is blessed with two children; so Mason (1995) and daughter Lara (1988). Diana holds good height and maintained body figure which makes her look very attractive.

Diana initiated her career as a weekly magazine reporter in Chilliwack Progress and CHWK radio station. In the year 1986, she she switched to CKPG-TV as a news reader.

She started working for the local news program 24 hours in the year 1990as a reporter. This program was initiated by CBC's Winnipeg station CBWT. Later she became a national reporter after her striking coverage of the 1997 Manitoba Flood.

In the year 2000, she was honored with the first of three Gemini Awards for Best News Anchor. Later she sifted to Toronto and there as the host of CBS News Toronto and Host of CBS news show, The National.

In 2010, Diana was placed as Senior Correspondent of CBC news' investigative unit and she has also been named as the CBC news network's host.
