Isobel Dinah Lang,47, was born on 16th July in Lincoln, and she spend her children days in Sussex and Hertfordshire.  She graduated from University of Exeter in the year 1991 with a BSC degree in mathematics. She used to prepare forecasts for the press, and present the weather on local radio before joining the Met Office.
