Nicolini had always wanted to become an actor but she started her professional life from journalism and joined WBLI Radio in Long Island in 1997. While she was pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Nicolini was working as a reporter for News Tonight and later took up a job as an arena announcer for the New York Islanders.
