Lisa Sylvester

Sylvester attended the Georgetown University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in international economics. She then went on to attend the Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and graduated by earning a Master’s degree.

Unfortunately, the information on her early life, the identities of her family members or even her birth details has not yet been disclosed to any publications yet. Her relationship status is also a complete mystery.

However, according to her facebook page, Sylvester is a mother to two beautiful children, which indicates that she is most probably a married woman. She has also mentioned that she is very fond of working out and gardening.

Sylvester started working for WPXI at CNN from 2013 as the network’s cut-in news anchor. She was also assigned as a correspondent for The Situation Room, with Wolf Blitzer, and was also the Washington-based correspondent for the Weekend News on the network.

In her career so far, Sylvester has been a part of KTVI-TV in St. Louis, WMBD-TV in Peoria, and WKRN-TV in Nashville as well. She worked as a reporter at these different news stations and did a brilliant job at all of them.

As a deserving talented journalist, Sylvester has been honored with numerous awards over the years. She has been awarded with a Business Emmy Award for the “Exporting America” series. She has also received the prestigious Peabody award because of the significant role that she played during the coverage of the September 11 attacks.

The gorgeous news reporter is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists along with The Pittsburgh Black Media Federation.
