Lopilato made her debut in 1995 for television series Mi familia es un dibujo as child model. In 1999, she was chosen to play Luisana Maza in Chiquititas, a popular children's musical Argentine telenovela created by Cris Morena. Lopilato also began her career as a singer in the TV series Chiquititasvthat launched her to fame.  In 2005, Lopilato appeared in Casados con Hijos, an Argentine version of Married... with Children.
