Her writing in the American literary world is very fresh and unique. Palacio's debut children's novel named Wonder has been framed bestseller and has sold over 5 million+ copies worldwide. Palacio as a first-generation American has given a strong and loud message of spreading kindness and inspiring story of all time.  Palacio received most of her education in the backdrop of America where high school life was set on Art & Design in Manhattan.  She has also majored in the Illustration and Graphics at Parsons School of Design.  Palacio spent a lot of her professional life behind the desk working for The New York Times Book Review and designing book covers for countless amazing writers such as Salman Rushdie,  John Fowles, and Thomas Pynchon.
