Sally Sterling Quinn, who celebrates her birthday on the 1st of July, was born in Savannah, Georgia, United States in 1941 as one of the three children of Lieutenant General William Wilson “Buffalo Bill” Quinn and his wife, Sara Bette Williams. Quinn’s father worked as the infantry officer who served as an intelligence officer and had a significant role in transitioning United States’ intelligence service from the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
