Thomas Scott “Flip” Phillips was born on 22nd February, 1973 in Georgia, United States. Phillips grew up in a music devoted family and thus he was introduced to music at a very young age since he literally grew up listening to the sound of his dad’s triplet buzz and his mom’s piano and guitar tunes.
